Return Policy for LFS Masalas and Herbella soaps .

 

1- Herbella allows a standard time of 14 days return policy however return will be accepted if bottles are sealed and completely un-damaged and masala net weight is as mentioned on the pack.. 

2- Soaps, lotion and creams are non- returnable 

3- Customer will make a complaint by emailing our email mentioned on the website.

4- Original payment method will be used for any kind of refund through bank transfer.

5- Customer will bear the shipping cost in case of return 

6- Return address is as company address
